If you go near the right wall the npc gives 15m/second buff, I didn't even notice it.. I don't go around much ._.

But then people can't brag about their new mounts/flights and fill up your screen with flames of hell/sparkles of heaven/rainbows/birdies/colors

Its only a limited area of effect. No worries
