I have windows 7, 2 GB RAMS, 200+ GB free space.....
I made updates, i have downloaded the patch..also restarted my laptop, laso reloged... nothing worked. is there any problem?...O.o

the last i heard of people having this problem it was a directx issue.  even if you have a later version of directx you may still need to update it.  http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=35.  the version the game supports is 9.0c
