Why 99-100 of every warsong fragment for a low level weapon? Is it like that in PWI?

TRafalgar also has one. But well, he used to vote on 30 accounts or so. I don't think anyone actually farmed it. And it is the same way on PWI. It's not really that bad on PWI though, just not good enough for our custom gear.

It's more of an item to say, look at me I'm F*ckin rich. hence....why trafalgar has 1....that and if you look at his gear....you rage quit life in general....
