Epic perfect world not working at all no matter what I do?

Ive downloaded it multiple times and downloaded it diffrently used Media fire, Torrent, Epw North America and when I download  and Extracted files it still wouldnt work it would say you do not have acess to this as soon as I click on patch Idk what to do anymore ive downloaded and deleted the game at least 5 times its been 2 days now any help would be appreciated

do your pc have any parental control program installed?  and are you logged as administrator?

I am but it says I do not have permission to view this and just deletes the patch and the anti virus says it has a virus in it

Please unpack game again and add whole game client directory to your anti virus exception list.

From 14 ST to around 16 ST, there were some network issues and the servers were down. Maybe Ares was extended to compensate for that.
