There is a guide for faction base but, it's really old and this is an up to date version. To create a faction base, you must be the leader of a level 3 faction and have a Faction Base Contract.For the Faction Base Contract, you need:500 Epic Coins20 Ten Million Notes2,000 Ultimate Substances500 Warsong EmblemsI'm hoping you, as a faction leader, know where to get EC and Ten Million Notes. For Ultimate Substances, talk to any Gods Giving and you'll find it under the second "Utility" tab.For Warsong Emblems, go to a Watcher of the Earth.So, in all, you need 500 EC, 200 million coins (in notes) and 118,150,000 coins for the other mats.Once you have these items, go to any Faction Base Manager and under Quest RelatedOnce you have the contract, talk to the Manager and Congratulations!Looks empty.....but, well that doesn't really change.This is a map of your base:In the middle is your Faction Monolith (currently level I), right now, it gives you 3 quests, two mob kills and 1 quiz. I'd strongly recommend levelling this first as it gives better rewards therefore speeding up the process of upgrading other structures.To the north is your Training Obelisk (again, level I), right now, this structure is useless. It sells Feat Tokens which are required to do quests taken from this NPC. However, these quests are utterly useless on a private server and I advise you to leave this structure as it is, DO NOT waste points to level it. The teleport quest from this NPC teleports you to:This place becomes a little useful later.In the east is your Weapon Storage. Right now, it is useless, weapons bought here are nowhere near our weapons. But, after upgrading, it gives Bless Boxes. Talk to your Faction Manager and click on Constructions (leaders only)This is a faction CosmosHere, Tortoise is Manor of Justice (Training Obelisk) this should be the last structure you level. As in, level this after you max out every other structure.Dragon is Armory (Weapon Storage) this should be your second priority (in my opinion) as it gives you bless boxes. However, only level this till 5 as it doesn't give anything useful after that.Kirin is Hall of Loyalty (Faction Monolith) this should be your priority as it increases the amount of construction points obtained which in turn speeds up leveling process of base. (Remember, you need a level 10 base to build a level 5 Weapon Storage for the bless boxes. So, level this first to get to level 10 quickly.)Phoenix is Heavenly Vault (Material Storage Vault) this should be your third priority. It has arrows for sale from level 2 up till level 6. (The quality increases) Also, it now sells Divine Orders of Void (BH reward) from level 2. It lasts for a day and you can take divine quests without having to do BH. Also, as you level this structure, you can get Weekly Orders and Monthly Orders as well. These cost very little contribution points and the EC you can get from it is a lot.Tiger is Alchemy Labs (Aura Stone) this should be the structure you level before Tortoise. As far as I know, no one comes back to base to buff up and then go back to PK. It does have good buffs and pots but not many use it. (Just go with the highest one, hardly makes a difference)You'll see something likeNow, as you can see, it will take 12 hours, 24 minutes to complete the construction. Also, it will cost 450 Ethersteel, 900 Lost Sand, 1800 Plume Puff, 900 Raging Flasks, 1350 Tellus Wood along with 5,670,000 coins. You can speed up this process by clicking on the small + button.However, the more you increase it's speed, the more materials it requires. Coins remain the same.So, as you can see, the max speed increase is 3x. The duration decreased to 1 hour from 12 hours but the material requirements are now thrice as much. For low level structures, material cost is minor and you can easily upgrade at 3.0 but as you reach level 6 and 7, you can only manage 2.0 at most and it still takes 2 days to upgrade.
