clients still in updating status after 4hours

what is the prob because i use the patch to switch from pwi-epw i really wana play epw but if a first step it got prob like that that really dispointing

Was your PWI client fully updated? If yes, it should not take more than 1 hour to update the client for really slow connections.

pwi client fully updated i just play pwi yesterday i applied the patch for pwi-epw tomorrow at 5pm followed step by step the client start to updated then in the last 1/4 to finish updated its stuck for 3hours like 5pm to 8pm so what the prob if its was with my connection then it wouldnt get like 80percent approx ine 1hour and stuck there for 3hours

Please check if file update.log is increasing in size It's located in: EPW/config/element/
If this file is around 10 MB already, it means that the patching process is about to end.

hmm re try all to the begining so am re patching hmm the upload log is starting to move but if its got to 10mb and the client still continu to stay in update mode
