Watcher of the earth NPC. Geanie skills missing from learning list

Hello i have a problem when i wanted to learn a geanie skill at watcher of the earth i couldnt find the skill Oxygen bubble in the watcher of the earth skill list. i looked on all the skill list of the geanie and i noticed some few other skills that are in the geanie skill inquiry are missing too. Please fix or add all the ganie skills available in the inquiry to the watcher of the earth list. ty

you should look again because I'm pretty sure that i have ob on my psys genie sir o.o ....

Yes the skills are there, your probably just looking in the wrong place.

yup it's there, have it on my psy genie also

instead of just saying yes its there, you could tell the guy that the icon is different on the one it shows on genie skilltree and its the second one once you place the genie on watcher(shows a small human body as icon)

It's the 2nd one in the first page. No clue why it's so tricky, had a hard time as well finding it  .
