Barbarians and Venomencers can only equip their class specific armor fashion. It wasn't possible to enable all armor fashion models for all classes, because corresponding models for Barbarian and Venomancer don't exist.
As million times said already, it's a bug from PWI which wasn't fixed even there yet. I'm sorry but you are mistaken I have a veno on pwi and the bug is fixed there and has been for a several weeks
Sadly barb and veno got only 2 armor sets each
