yup, quests are the same but you don't have to do them to level up, there are many other ways, and doing PV phoenix valley is the best way (at least I think so). You can, however, do those quests for fun. I know some people who do that.

you gotta kill those bunnies till lvl 110, in the beginning zone where you are automatically ported

then you do PV and stuff

I believe there are quests for leveling up too, but I don't like quests so I don't know

Like dad said, you don't have to do quests to level up. The most common way of levelling up is PV (an instance) however, most morai quests give good XP, you can do those.

Also, BH, BQ, Morai dailies and MQ give good XP and have nice rewards.

how can you gt into morai and pheonix valley if you dont do your quests to lvl up?

When u first enter the game u see arrows on the ground, follow them and kill the bunnys you find, they will level you up.
To enter PV you will just have to talk to the npc when u are in arch after u leveld to 110 by killing the rabbits.
To enter morai you have to do 1 very short quick quest.

Can i use the character from a private server on PWI?? im confused on how this works.
