New Rule Question

Additional rules for abuses:

1. Carrying in inventory old reskinned weapon that is double refined will cause that weapon to be deleted with other possible consequences for player.
2. Same thing happens if player is carrying in inventory level 145 or 150 reskinned bows on classes other than archers.

Exactly what is a double refined weapon? And why is this not allowed?

It was a glitch with the old reskin options which made weapons able to be +24. and not allowed for obvious reasons

Broniakk used to use Reskinned Dragon bow, on Sin. And some barb, I forget - Xpend, uses bow o.o

Oh wow. Makes sense, I had no idea that was possible.
So if your a BM and want a bow you can't have one?
Or just can't have re-skinned one because it can be glitched?
