about faction Icons (confused)

Okay ummm i'm confused about something, must have 15 active members..do they need to be online all the time or just 15 total players? and can we change faction Icon later?

Hey, Icons can be changed (with every new patch).
And about those 15 active members - it means your guild has to contain at least 15 different, active players that play regularly.
