totally agree next time instead of block just report the player selecting their offensive chat while reporting

the bad elements will always run free unless the public protests against it.. system doesn't bother unless public protests..

Personal opinion:

Accepting / tolerating bad behavior = encouraging the same (it never ever means we are mature enough to handle it.. it just states we are cowards and unable to handle it)..

we are not warning, we are warning and taking actions, just cuz u dont see it doesn't mean we don't do it.

we do not believe in taking such privileges from people so fast, we give ppl their chances, when it becomes out of control they will be punished accordingly dont worry.

You warn those people. 1 hour later they go back to spamming again. You warn them again, 1h later more spam from the same people. That happens on and on and on w/ the obvious spammers like Areashii and whoever else does it.
GMs just give out 3 warnings per person. When they get those 3 warnings, just mute for 2 hours without warning each time the person creates drama/insults others.

Let me tell you something. World chat isnt created for trading/selling nobody cares about that, thats why there is "Trade chat" for that. World chat is made for trolling, chatting, recruiting, calling for pvp and some drama. So instead of banning muting people for drama or having conversation about 1v1s, mass pk on world chat you should warn/mute/ban traders for using wrong chat.

I kinda agree, till the point when I realize trade chat works only locally.
