2nd voting site only allowing 1 vote every 24 hours not every 6

I voted earlier tonight on 1st site as usual. Normal captcha. 2nd site had new one with pictures and said I could vote again in 24 hours. This was weird because it use to be every 6 hours like first site. I went to vote again as it had been about 8 hours and again 1st site was fine but 2nd site still had the weird picatcha  wouldn't let me vote.

I just voted again. First site still working as before. 2nd site allowed me to vote but it took several tries (not sure if it was me not seeing the pictures correctly or not). Duration between votes was decreased back to 6 hours.


Attempted to vote again and it said must wait over 17 hours to vote. The owners of the site being voted on can edit the settings on how many times people can vote per 24 hours. Was this reset for EPW somehow? PLEASE CHECK THE SETTINGS AGA! ty

Actually, is there any way to change the voting back to numbers? I mean, I'm tired of entering weird numbers too but the identifying thing is not phone friendly. At least not my old piece of crap.
