Archer guide! help! thank you :-)

Hi to all players!

i am new in this server and i was wondering if someone could help me with my character, Archer. i want to know stat build and skill build, and how to level up ASAP! 

AND i want to get r8 gear, so i was wondering what kind of stats should i go for the gears? dex, vit, str etc.

and here is too many guides for EA, and R8 stat demon ea= int or dex, atk lvl bow, dragon bow, might ring,
and sage ea = channeling,atk lvl bow, crossbow, magic ring(for more chn).
