I don't think the no - trade state should go away entirely.  It serves a purpose, especially to characters with multiple genies where gear passwords won't protect them all.

It'd be great if they only went no-trade if you manually chose to do so though, removing the auto-locking thing. (If that's even possible.)

agreed, it's ridiculous to not be able to sell genies - other items of potential 'value' can be sold so why not genie's.
