Dyes

Where are dyes at? They used to be at the seamstress and now I cant find them anywhere? Is this a glitch or is there a new way to get them?

The dyes have to be added back into the game.. there was a small glitch with that for the fact it not part of the pwi patch (: agatio said he will fix it today
