This topic been brought up b4.. The only way to is to have a lot of background in it.. n it would take months just to make 1 piece of a fashion.. for there a lot of poses for different classes n u have to fit everything... i was going to do some custom stuff with fashion that was already made for the game.. but as it is i had got to busy with working n stuff.. i had to stop that little project.. the best thing i could tell u is to get a 3d model program.. n get the files or what ever it is u need n try making it (:
