Title quest: Servant of Lord Kitten bug?

From the guide:
 [Servant of Lord Kitten](+3 phy-att) (Expires after 60 days) Collect 15 Kitten Balls from a Yellow Kitten NPC (NPC spawns 'randomly' in arch at around 7:30pm server time with a system message)

It says it will spawn randomly in arch with a system message but there isn't any. I've been searching around archo for this NPC for 10mins but I can't find it. Is this quest bug?

I remember seeing the broadcast message for this quest pop up somewhere on the beta server, but I haven't seen it on the main server yet. It may be bugged or have been removed. I wanted to get this title as well..

I don't think any of those titles can be obtained because we don't have those events.

They are in game for sure, but it seems that the time-frame when these events were activated has ran out. It shouldn't be difficult to re-activate them though.

Quest was active lately and it can be finished. Multiple kittens are spawning at 7 pm in Archo and probably only one gives you the quest and a ball. Then you have to be first to talk to right kitten each time during following days and collect 12 ballas from those kittens. I have managed to collect only one ball so far...

Im vegan, cant kill kitties  and talking to them its animal slavery.I think this quest should be removed cuz it offends my life style

You only need to collect 7 of the kittens balls not 15. You needed 15 on pwi.
You can grab 1 ball a day if im not mistaking (that sounds so wrong   )
