pyroshell and glacial embrace locations

can you make it so they're the 1st buff on wizards instead of last? it's really annoying. i get pmed to buff up because they can't see my shield. stone barrier is always first, even w/ the new skill, and pyro/glacial used to be first but now they're last with the upgrades

I will look into it, but I think that it has something to do with skill ID. If it's hard coded, there might be no way to change it.
