cant pull money from commission shop

so i have some sold items from my commission shop.. and i want to pull out the money from it but cant.. is this a bug? or am i just doing this wrong cause of lack of sleep LOL

i did select take all out to XD

Put a 1 at big note and remove 1 at coins (since u can get only 1 big note )  :)
