I also don't have toon named geriatrix, if someone made it it's not me.

First, when you finally start, follow white arrows on the ground,
and kill as many Pinky Rabbits as you can/like, to get quick to lvl 110.
I've seen some people not doing it, had to take some of them back to the Arrow Path.
Some other important things you will see by browsing God's Giving NPC (fat kid
with wide umbrella hat, usually near Teleporters), and forges all over the West
Archosaur and few other places (say, City of Thousand Streams).
For everything else always will someone be willing to explain/help.
