I finished downloading the client through direct download, and when I opened the file, only config and element were included.

Does anyone know why the other files are missing?

I haven't done anything to it yet, I just opened the file after I finished downloading and the other files was already missing

When it's finished downloading, you need to extract it first. You need an extracting program like 7Zip or something to extract it.
