Most of the time patches come out around TW time, or 20:00 server time. At least, that's what I've seen.  But, it comes out when it comes out, just be patient.

all the bigs patch that epic pw had and i remember them they were always at the afternoon mr Odna so ye i hope they will make it on the afternoon :3
