Why can't I learn my level 100 skill?

I am a lvl 148 Bm trying to learn the lvl 100 skill buddha guard.It says that I don't have the cult for it.The current cult I have is master of discord and I need to be a cesetial demon.The problem is before I got my 2nd fairy I hav gotten my third demon fairy with cubi gold.And I had cesetial demon as a cult.But after I finish my quests to get my demon ult it changesto master of discord.Why can't I learn it?

You have to either finish your culti or buy another demon fairy..
