Need Help with downloading

I already have PWI and want to play EpicPW.
I downloaded all on this page but it still didnt work.

I watched a video on youtube, because i though i did something wrong.
But here is not the download i need if i already have PWI on my PC.

Please help me

Unfortunately at the moment we don't provide patches for a PWI client, but it may change with the Descent Expansion. For now please download the torrent, it is the fastest and most reliable way:

what you mean? Just extract the file with this program -  7-zip, it's simple

Ok if you don't have 7-zip you need to google it and download 7-zip file and install it to your computer after you install 7-zip right click the epicperfectworld download and you should see a list. Select extract files here and boom you should be good to go if you still have problems with it post it up here or just send me a msg n I well help ( winrar,winzip works also if you can't find 7-zip on google)
