purge pole cant be used by seeker anymore?

 I am just sorta wondering when this happened and why. I was going to pk today and it wouldn't let me use my pole on my seeker. On the weapon forge it still shows poles still being available to seekers so I'm not sure why it wont let me use it anymore.


 Does anyone know if this was a legit change or just something done by accident.

(Just wondering because ive looked at patch notes for the last few patches dating back to december and don't see anything about it)

bows req so much  dex anyway that it is pointless for a seeker to be using one for purge purposes

Seeker should not be allowed to purge.

Barbs have a purge skill.
Archers have bow.
Even Longevity genie's starting skill has a chance to purge.
