unfinishable quest after completing full sage cultivation

I used third sage fairy and then collected Cinnabar from GV, finished cultivation quests I got. Then a quest popped up in my quest list, screenshot attached, and I can't finish it, since NPC it wants to redirect me is missing and also can't trash quest.
It is a minor bug, just a little bit frustrating to have it in my quest list.

Yeah, it cannot be completed and it cannot be trashed. But its just 1 quest so, I bet you can keep it.

Yeah it's still there on all of my chars. I just ignore it, doesn't bother anything.

Edit: This is recently added quest, NPC will be available from the next patch.
