login and patcher problems

just got a new computer my old one die'ed. reinstalled and update'ed pwi to its most current verison. when patching it says the current verison is newer then patcher. anyway to fix this other then starting the downloads again from scratch? also i cant log in to vote for some reason says i dont exsist :<  and while the forums say im logged in i cant see the chatbox where i usually go for help/information.

any help on these issues would be awesome. thanks in advance :3

i dont know about launch game maybe some files are corrupted cause we had a reboot and roll back like 10 days, maybe ur whole acount is gone.

Either way try contact staff on forums or email
