i had mae my account in the last 10 days so it got deleted so i made a new one and i was wondering if i should make a new fourm account inorder to vote? thank you for all answers anything seriouse is appreciated

Those are two different databases.
No reason to think otherwise... LOL

Even if they were on the same disk, I lost nothing on forum, only in game.
And I don't think they were on the same computer.
Maybe not even in the same part of the world.

I would say your Forum account is safe.
