Actually, I wouldn't mind this.

Some people like to keep their OHT mats in their bank to make space for their OHT gear if they're making PPS.  The tailor is there now, so why not a banker for convenience sake?

Yep,a good suggestion for new ppl so they can bank the mats they won't need,maybe later they'll make more,it's a way to make farming faster for noobs.
