I think what people are saying is that the source code is really hard to obtain all willy nilly.  P.servers have a hard time getting em.  So naturally, they don't believe you.  Basically it's a "screenshots or it didn't happen" situation.

But as it has been said, cosmetic changes are on the bottom of the dev's list.  So feel free to present your idea, but don't expect it to be implemented fast (if at all).
