Seeker debuff bugged.

Nothern Sky Waltz adds the Eye of the Northern Sky status but Staggering Strike suddenly stopped working properly. It doesn't activate the Eye of the Northern Sky status any more for some reason. I'm ASSUMING its because I got sage Staggering Strike, since that's about the time when I noticed that it stopped working.

yea u need both sage :c otherwise it wont work either here or anywhere else

If the debuff skill is sage/demon and the skill that activates the debuff once applied is not, then yeah, it wont work. Both skills needs to be sage/demon. It also says so in most skills

This also happened to me. Try to relog. If nothings happens just wait lol xD It will work soon  Have a great day ahead
