sv not even showing up

well my friend DL the client the last patches ETC ETC all okey but... the sv's don't even show up
they are -- -- first was the patches we fixed it but now is the thing with the sv and he get insta

What is their client number? Can be found on the patcher/launcher.

Have they tried verifying?
