Both chest hair and wings would look weird imo. Just look at the 1.5 elf creation screen....

Everyone has their own like and dislike. I think the more options you have on changing your character's looks, the better.
As for the wings thing though, wouldn't look so nice in my opinion but if you're into it, alright keep it up then... But like Harry said, there is a fashion set (Sapphire) that you can put on for wings, take it off wearing anything else you'd like and tadah, you got your sparkly blue wings.

I'm not much for this idea, but I think still the wing fashion, but not exactly like that? More like, being a mystic and using a kite, but having 'wing fashion' and it looks like the elf wings or something.  Since you can't let them have elf wings. And I am in love with elf/tb wings. Just wow.

Honestly I do like the idea. When glitching my wings so I can stand there with them out, I've always enjoyed how'd they look.
