It is impossible to make male veno's unless PW implements that, which will not happen. Just try to make your veno to look as male as possible I guess D;

PWI *could* make it, but they won't. It's been brought up on the original sever several times I believe. And it's been shot down. Same with female barbs. Because this is some part of some legend so they have no desire to mess with it. *shrugs* What I've heard at least.
