winter harbinger is bugged

sorry to be a bother but the winter harbinger quest appears to have an issue. I did each step as indicated in the quest log. Sadly when we get to the part at the elder of Raging Tides he has no quest, all other elders and the King of Tides do. Dunno if this can be remedied but did want to repor this to you ASAP.  Also I did log off and ran the fixit bat and did also a verify still dosent work for me. Thank you for your time.

Its not elder you need to talk to, its the King of Ragin Tides, he is in fortress above city. Read your quest list carefully.

I did also speak to the king and did that part.....so yeah dont have any problem reading thanks it is the elder of tides which has a part where you speak to the Elder of Raging Tides to get an item called fruit of wishes perhaps you should have a look....that is why I cant complete the quest....no quest at elder as indicated for this piece, and it is in the list just before the final part at the King of Tides which like all other parts works just fine

elder star is in the high building in Tellus

and the tideborn quest is taken from the king npc not elder I think. You just need to enter the building behind the elder and there is a blue teleporting circle. It will port you to him

Those quests are much easier. You might have to try few times to complete but they are fun quests soo not a biggie

Also they are green

and Etherblade elder's quest is trivia lol

it means ur fcked. Oh I really don't know
someone got this problem on pwi, not sure how she fixed it though
