No sir, you are misinformed. Agatio told me he change into huge statue of himself and we prey to everyday otherwise death = you. As quests go, 1 ec per quest take 5 hours instead of 30 mins.

Indeed.  They disappear and are resummoned every so often by a GM I think.

Still have quests in my log from when the npc's disappeared while I was in the middle of doing them.

Could a gm tell us if they will be brought back again or was that the last time ?
I don't want to trash the quests unless they're gone for good.

They should have left the frigid bay quests and removed the santa daily npc. They did it backwards if you ask me. ijs
