Level 11 Psy skills

Come to my attention that all of the skills which make the Psy class unquie are completetly nerfed in this server.
Soul of stunning
Soul of Retaliation
Soul of Vengeance
Soul of Silence.

There is no way to make these skills sage or demon, they have been removed from the game.
Why?

This is a part of the psy class.

They aren't there for balance reasons, the lvl 11 version gives each of them a buff which would make a good psychic completely unkillable.

Just had a Chat with one of the GM's .
Cleared some things up for me.

Would be nice if you could remove Soul of Vengeance from the Skill forges. as it is listed as a skill in there.

Sage SoV wouldn't really be that big of a deal, honestly. Only makes it so the person with it doesn't lose mana.

To be honest, level 11 skills at this point in the game really wouldnt hurt anything.  However, I don't make the rules

Only Sage Soul of stunning is OP , others are just fine
