elementclient.exe - Entry Point Not Found *Can't open Epw*

Just updated the epw but it says
The procedure entry point ?GetNAme@ElementSkill@GNET@@SAPBGI@Z could not
be located in the dynamic link library
epw\element\elementclient.exe

[previous version was 59 now it says 77]
any quick fix i have verified all files 2-3 times

You are having some corrupted client.. please redownload the game from our download page if you don't have the original game archive anymore.

can anyone upload elementskill.dll  want try one last time before downloading whole archive
