No one knows the answer to that. Only Agatio knows how the player kills are counted.

I've always been confused about how player kills work, actually. Before when I played PWI years ago, the belief was that you could only kill a person a certain amount of times before you'd be blocked from obtaining kills any longer from that person for a certain amount of time. However if this is true or not, or whether it's even the same case in instances, eludes me.
