Is there any way to re skin of client here or back it into old version graphic???

if you want to change the UI into the old version (1.3) go into Element > Userdata >Systemsettings.ini and under Theme change to 0.

Yes there is. Go to the "Element" Folder inside the installed EPW directory, then open the folder "Userdata" then open "systemsettings.ini" once opened scroll down to  UI theme and replace the 1 with a 0.
