where can be dropped stones vit +20? my friend told me those stones are the most dropped in epw.. but idk never dropped it

+20 stones don't drop. Pure god stones do from some bosses, and from the quest in FC, which can be traded for +20 vit stones in the forges.

best way to get pure god stones to make your high lvlshards is in your faction base. only other place I have gotten them as drops is in FC at the end of a full run. some event mobbs or bosses drop them too. so if you do your daily faction base quests you have plenty of contribution for gettin your pure gods

HP stones is just raw health. Vit stones is def + health.

hp stones give more hp, at least for casters
use vit stones though, the extra mag and phys def definitly pays out.
