Lunar cape until you can get one with better stats, etc.
I suggest going Sage for the channeling.
And you'll need r8, at least one channel stat on each piece. (I think a Sage Dragon geared cleric can be instant also, Idr qq.)
That should give you instant with the channel buff.


I'd say the same for a wizzy as well. r8, one or more channel stat on each piece of gear. The wizzy's buff (Wellspring I believe.) gives you instant for a little though, so D:

i dont know why my cleric is -99% chant but its not instant .

-25% for wep
-6% for chess armor
-3% for helmet
-20% for 2 rings
-6% for necklace
-6% for belt
-6% for mantle
-6% for armlet
-1% for pan gu
= -79% for gear + 20% for buffs magic shell
= 99% of chanting but im not instant cast !!!!!!!

It's capped at about 98% on this server, I believe. If you exceed it, it reverts down to about 90%. Or so I was told. I'll clarify that.

I've been told 95% and 99 are cap, never been too sure. >:
But basically, you won't get total instant on this server, sorry.

Yeah, 98% or 99% is highest.

my ea is 99% channeling but it seems its not working..

Well, if 99% will revert to 90%, then try if 98% (without PanGu) will actually work faster.

Btw, some people think if channeling is reduced, then casting and cooldown will be too.
It won't. Channel may be zero, but cast is not.
(Mouse over any skill and see that channel and cast are two separate things.)
