hey, what the best way to level 145 to 150?

Pv is the fastest if you spam it
Gv gives a lot but takes a ton of time
Fc is good if you're a sin
Super Level Scrolls are nice but cost
Rancor is okay for 145+

Also make sure you use Training Esoterica's in GV, PV and Rancor.
