I noticed a lot of people were talking about this website https://vk.com/pw_sos but when I tried to go on there it wouldn't let me... Do I have to sign up? And with the sign up it is asking for my phone number... Does it have any strings attached? Are the inis worth signing up for?

If I remember correctly, you can sign in with facebook.
After that, it should only ask for a password.
