The game would not start (tries lots of solutions)

Hey

When i start the launcher.exe with the "play bottom", the game start for few secs. Then my monitor will turn into black and the game shut down. I try a new download and the admin start - nothing works . The 5 solutions does not work as well.
What should i do ?

Try going to the folder and there is a launcher saying "fix or patch" or something. I dont have it in front of me right now, but if that doesnt work. Just reinstall it.

make sure u added exceptions on your antivirus.
make sure your grpahic card is updated.
make sure directX is updated including the enduser runtime.
make sure u have NET framework 4.5 installed.

you tried reinstalling ?
thats a pretty common error that should be fixed with the graphics updates. i dunno why its still happening if everything is up to date.
can you check if u have pando media booster installed ? that thing eats ur memory literaly.

Dont run it from launcher,run it from the element folder,elementclient file...

and the game will run if it is still black it is ur graphic card...

my client version is at first 73 - if i update it with "verify" or "manuel" it automatically switch to 76. Than the game shut down after 3 sec dark loading screen

Its your graphic Drivers,Please check them once..Re-install them
