Where is dyeable 2012 male xmas fashion set? Q_Q

Added dyeable version of following fashion sets:
Male

• 2012 X'mas Fashion

Where is it ? Q_Q Cant find it no matter how many times I try, there is one in VI tab at 2nd NPC, it can be dyed but doesnt change colour Q_Q
Help me, I can even pay Q_Q

Seems that the fashion hasn't been added.. with the next patch the non-dyeable version in the NPC will be replaced with the dyeable one.
