Once it is level 150, you cannot change the lucky points. Every 10 levels you get a random amount of LP's, and until 150, it can change a lot. However, once it is 150, its stuck there. So if you want a genie with more lp's, get a new genie and hope for the best.

Lucky points are as they say, based on luck. Every 10 genies levels, you will get a random amount between 1-10 lucky points. There is no way to change them or improve your luck.
You can change the attributes and affinities, but you cannot change the lucky points.
As AnthraxE said, if you want a genie with higher lucky points, then you need to make a new genie (which is no guarantee of higher lucky points) or buy one from someone else.
