i did restart my pc and my internet many times and   i verify  the patcher  and th steps on the supports section but still like that i hope i would get the right help (THANK YOU FOR WHO EVER GONNA TRY TO HELP )

So you've tried all of these steps? O:
 
- Run the patcher as administrator and check again
- Add launcher.exe / patcher.exe / elementclient.exe to your antivirus exception list and check again
- Copy updateserver file attached to the bottom of this post and paste in EPW/patcher/server. Then restart the patcher and check again
- Run fixit.bat in EPW/launcher and then click 'Verify' button on game patcher
- Restart the PC and router, then check again
- Alternately redownload / reinstall the client

Just another quick question, you've changed the server on the game as well?

And if none of that worked I guess it'd be just to redownload unless anyone else has any suggestions :c
