whenever i try to start game, i got a zlibwapi.dll missing pop up... now im just getting a pop up with Chinese characters >.>

that means the elementclient.exe was deleted from the element folder.
you need to go to your antivirus and create an exception for that files. After that go to the Launcher and click on Verify, wait a minute or so then you can play

that i dont now :/ i dont lie norton so i never used it sorry :/
